Botanical Gardens

Experience the interesting Botanical Gardens with various outdoor areas and greenhouses.

In addition to their importance to research, teaching, public development and species conservation, the Botanical Gardens are a lovely place for relaxation.

Extremely interesting is the medicinal plant garden. With the help of informative display boards, you can learn a lot, for example which herbs and plants have had a fixed place in folk medicine for centuries and are still prescribed for certain diseases today. The area of Mediterranean plants and the tropical houses or the mountain plant house are also worth a visit.
