Cellar tours
The informative guided tour starts at the estate courtyard and quickly takes the guest to the wine presses where the transformation of the grapes into wine begins. The tour continues through the wine cellar, past modern stainless steel tanks to one of the most beautiful cellars of precious wood barrels in Germany.
This is where the best wines mature. Then take a break and travel back in time to the 1540 AD. The cellars of the Bürgerspital are home to the oldest wine from the Stein appellation. Back to the surface, your tour ends in the filling and shipping departments, from where the wine goes to all parts of the world.

Wine Tasting
Book you personal wine tasting for you and your friends, colleagues or guests. Experience the ambiance and start your trip with a visit to the wine presses of the Bürgerspital. Continue on to the wine cellar, past the modern stainless steel tanks, the picturesque oak barrels and the mysterious treasure chambers that protect the oldest wine from the
appellation Stein. During the following wine tasting, you learn about the unique and varied world of the wine.
• Classic Franconia – The Basic Wine Experience
