This guided tour covers many of the sights that illustrate Würzburg’s history: the Falkenhaus with its Rococo façade, the Gothic Marienkapelle (Chapel of St Mary), Market Square, the historic City Hall, Neumünster church, the Lusamgärtchen – resting place of the minstrel Walther von der Vogelweide, and the Alte Mainbrücke (Old Main River Bridge) with a marvelous view of Marienberg Fortress and the Käppele pilgrimage church and surrounding vineyards.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable shoes. In case you are entitled to a reduction a valid document (e.g. student I.D., Würzburg Welcome Card) must be presented.

Meeting point: In front of the Tourist Information & Ticket Service, Falkenhaus am Markt, Marktplatz 9, 97070 Würzburg
The meeting point is located in the pedestrian zone. It is not possible to reach the Tourist Office by car. There are sufficient parking spaces in walking distance: Marktgarage parking garage, access via Karmelitenstraße, 560 parking lots, maximum charge per day: 11 Euros, open 24 hours.
